The CLASH gets new sponsor for 2025

Cook Out Clash 2025 Sponsor

Formerly the Busch Lite Clash, the event has a new sponsor as well as a new venue this year. With the 3 year contract at the LA Coliseum having expired last year, the Clash will be moved to Bowman Gray to kick off the 2025 NASCAR season. Plus, Cook Out will be partnering for the high-profile event.

NASCAR announced that the “Cook Out Clash” will take place on Sunday, February 2, marking the Cup Series’ first race at the historic venue since 1971. The partnership also extends to the “Cook Out Madhouse Classic” on Saturday, February 1, an exclusive event featuring Modified Division stars, including NASCAR Hall of Famer Bobby Labonte in the No. 18 Cook Out Modified.

“This historic weekend at Bowman Gray Stadium is elevated by Cook Out’s involvement,” said Ben Kennedy, NASCAR Executive Vice President, Chief Venue and Racing Innovation Officer. “We’re excited to collaborate with them to create an unforgettable experience for fans.”

Cook Out, a Winston-Salem-based restaurant chain since 1989, has grown to 340 locations across 10 states and has become a prominent supporter of NASCAR. In addition to sponsoring the Cook Out 400 at Martinsville, Richmond, and the Southern 500 at Darlington, the brand also backs the NASCAR Youth Series and grassroots racing. Max Reaves, son of Cook Out co-owner Jeremy Reaves, is set to compete in the ARCA Menards Series East this year, driving the No. 18 Cook Out Toyota.

The Cook Out Clash, airing live on FOX, sold out in November, but limited tickets remain for the Madhouse Classic on February 1. Saturday’s ticket includes access to NASCAR Cup Series practice and qualifying as the 2025 season officially kicks off.

With parking at Bowman Gray Stadium extremely limited, fans are urged to plan ahead. Off-site parking options with climate-controlled shuttle service are available at Innovation Quarter and Allegacy Stadium. For remaining tickets and parking information, fans can visit NASCARClash.com.
