Hocevar to run Truck Series races in 2025

Carson Hocevar is set to make a return to the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series this year, piloting the No. 7 Chevrolet Silverado for Spire Motorsports in a four-race schedule. The announcement was made during the FS2 broadcast of Truck Series practice at Rockingham Speedway. Chili’s will serve as the primary sponsor for these events.

Hocevar’s planned appearances include races at Texas Motor Speedway, Kansas Speedway, Michigan International Speedway, and Pocono Raceway. This marks a return to the series where he previously secured four victories with Niece Motorsports, including his first career win at Texas in 2023 .​

In 2024, Hocevar made a huge leap to the top level Cup Series with Spire Motorsports, driving the No. 77 Chevrolet Camaro. His rookie season in 2024 was highlighted by earning the Sunoco Rookie of the Year title, and achieving one top-five and six top-10 finishes.​
